You will receive an email from Group HR ([email protected]) with your order summary and instructions to make a PayNow transfer to the respective Business Unit (BU) UEN number within 3 business days. Example: If your pre-order includes 3 items from 3 different BUs, you will make 3 separate PayNow transactions.

Yes, please note that you will need to make separate PayNow payments to each BU’s UEN, as detailed in your order confirmation email from COMO Group HR.

Yes, you can. You will receive separate order numbers and payment instructions.

If you are based at COMO House, please collect your items in person on event day at the respective booth. If you are operations staff, delivery will be arranged, with your items arriving latest by 2:00 PM, depending on your order.

During checkout, please select whether you will self-collect or require delivery. Note: Delivery is available only to COMO Group establishments (shop / restaurant / outlet)

Yes. Delivery is available for COMO employees not based at COMO House. Volunteers will pack and deliver your orders to the shop/restaurant/establishment latest by 1:00 PM.

Absolutely! The pre-order is open to all COMO employees. All funds raised will go towards supporting COMO Group’s charity partner, Mindfull Community.

Orders will be delivered by 1:00 PM.

It will be held on Wednesday, 5 August, from 11:30 AM onwards at COMO House Level 1 training rooms.

Yes. If you and your colleagues are from the same outlet or restaurant, we will consolidate your orders and deliver them together by 1:00 PM.

Pre-orders are open until Friday, 24 July. This is to allow sufficient time for our volunteers to prepare your items.

A limited quantity of items will be available for walk-in purchase at COMO House on event day, but pre-ordering is highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
